Parley records in the room or pulls the transcript from the call itself, understands what was said and decided, and follows through: notes in your style, answers on demand, follow-ups drafted for your approval. All while the audio stays on your phone.

A board pack, an inbox skim and a task list need different words. Choose a style once and every summary follows it. Here is the same fictional planning meeting, three ways.
The team committed to shipping the new onboarding in Q3 and moved the API migration to early Q4 to protect the launch. The main risk is beta timing: a two week slip would squeeze September. Pricing ownership for the annual tier is still open.
Not everything is a meeting. Lectures, personal conversations and medical visits are recognized automatically and get templates of their own.
Sam is serious about Lisbon and wanted my honest take. We laughed about the old flat for half an hour. I promised the sourdough recipe, and a visit in October.
Styles are user-selectable, and your choice syncs to the app automatically. Folders can force a template of their own.
All meetings, names and details shown on this page are fictional examples.
When a Teams or Meet call ends with transcription on, Parley pulls the call's own transcript and summarizes it like any recording: decisions, action items and answers, without you in the room. Anything else comes in as a .vtt file, importable from any source.
A folder is more than storage. Give it a template and every recording filed there is written that way: file a recording under Lectures and it comes back as lecture notes. Refile it, and Parley re-analyzes it to match. Each folder also computes the people, decisions and insights across everything inside.
File it once. The folder decides how it is written.
Ask a question and Parley searches across every meeting you recorded, connecting discussions that happened weeks apart and drawing the thread between them. Answers cite the exact meetings they came from, so you can tap through and verify. It is your assistant, working on your data and nothing else.
Meetings end with things to do, and Parley can do them: it drafts the follow-up email and creates the calendar invite through your own Google account, connected on your device. In settings you choose how far it goes: everything prepared and waiting for your approval, or handled for you.
Hi Jonas, following up on today's roadmap sync: could you share the draft migration plan by Jul 25? Happy to walk through it together.
