Everything connected

The PDF, the email thread and the meeting, in one place you can ask.

What you know about one piece of work ends up everywhere: a contract in your downloads, a thread in your inbox, the meeting where it was argued over. Bring it into Parley next to your recordings, ask across all of it, and see how it links.

One project, four kinds of material

An office move, with the paperwork everywhere

Dana runs operations at Ferrowmere, a small design studio moving to a new office. Here is how her week of material came together.

  1. Monday Laptop

The lease offer and the brief

Dana imports the landlord's lease offer as a PDF and the team's space brief as a Word file. Each one gets a summary and cards, like a recording.

  2. Tuesday Phone

    The team meeting

She records the team's meeting about the move on her phone. The note keeps the decisions, the tasks and what is still open.

  3. Wednesday Laptop

An email thread and a talk

She saves the agent's email thread as an .eml file and imports it, then pastes a YouTube link to a talk on hybrid offices.

  4. Thursday Browser

    Ask, then map it

She asks what the landlord agreed about the break clause and gets one answer from the PDF and the meeting. In the web app's mind map she follows the clause to every note, person and task it touches.

Import

Bring in what was never recorded

Add a file on the Record screen or in the web app. Parley reads it, writes it up and files it next to your recordings, with the same folder template, summary and cards.

  • PDF, Word, PowerPoint, saved email (.eml), text, Markdown and CSV
  • Call transcripts as .vtt or .srt from any platform, with speaker names kept
  • A public YouTube link, transcribed by speaker turn

Ask Parley
What did the landlord agree about the break clause, and did the team raise it?
The lease offer sets the break at year five. The agent's email says year three is possible if the rent-free period drops to two months. In the team meeting Jonah asked for a break at year three, and that is still open.

Ask Parley

One answer from the PDF and the meeting together

Ask in plain words and Parley answers across every note: recordings, imports, forwarded email, Slack threads, Teams and Meet calls. The answer lists the notes it came from, so you can open the lease offer or the meeting and check.

  • Answers list their source notes, one tap away
  • Imported files are asked the same way as recordings
  • Share or copy an answer, or save it as a task
Mind map

Follow one thread through everything you have

Start the mind map from a person, a theme, an open question, a folder or a note, and it grows one step with each click. Notes, people, themes, decisions, open questions and open tasks each become a node, so one clause leads to the lease, the meeting and the task that came out of it.

  • Findings worked out from your notes: what keeps coming back, who is always there, what has been open longest
  • Save an exploration and replay it against your notes as they are today
  • Ask for an AI reading of the findings when you want one

The mind map is in the web app only, not in the phone app.

Questions about bringing it all together

What can I import?

PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), saved email (.eml), text, Markdown, CSV, .vtt and .srt transcripts, and public YouTube links. A deck comes in with its slides and its speaker notes.

Is the mind map on my phone?

No, the mind map is in the web app only. Sign in there with the same account and it works from everything you recorded or imported on your phone.

Does Ask Parley point to the exact line?

It lists the notes an answer came from, and each one opens with a tap so you can read it yourself. Ask works from the summaries, decisions and action items of the matching notes.

What does it cost?

The app is free on Google Play, with the iPhone app on the way, and importing files and asking Parley work on every plan. The pricing page shows what Plus and Unlimited add.

Put the file, the thread and the meeting in one place.

Import what you have, record what comes next, and ask across all of it.
